MAINDISH CHICKEN SUPREME 
2 lbs. chicken parts
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

Brown chicken in oil and drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees or use a slow cooker. There's a lot of sauce when done to use over rice or boiled potatoes. Serves 4-6 people.
