BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can consomme
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. flat noodles cooked
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef in butter; add onion and seasonings while browning. Add remaining ingredients except noodles and sour cream; simmer until flavors are blended, about 20 minutes. Add noodles to meat mixture; cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cook 5 minutes longer. Yield: 4-6 servings.
