ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 carrot, sliced diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz. angel hair pasta
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet, medium heat. Add chicken; cook, stirring until chicken is cooked. Remove; drain on paper towels. Heat remaining oil in same skillet and carrots; cook. Stir 4 minutes. Add broccoli and garlic. Cook; stir 2 minutes.

Start heating water for pasta. Cook pasta according to package. While pasta cooks, add chicken broth, basil and cheese to skillet. Stir. Return chicken to skillet; heat 4 minutes. Drain pasta. Top with chicken.
