SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. sausage, Italian
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Remove mushroom stems and chop. In a skillet cook sausage and drain. In saucepan cook stems in sausage drippings. Stir in sausage, cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
