MEXICAN EGG ROLL 
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
Garlic salt to taste
2 c. water
2 c. Minute Rice
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 egg yolk

Fry meat and onion in skillet, adding garlic salt to taste. Drain well.

In separate pan, prepare rice. Let cool.

Mix meat and rice together, adding cheese. Put meat and cheese mixture on egg roll wrapper and seal with the brush of egg yolk.

Drop in hot deep fryer until golden brown. Lay on paper towel to drain.
