BROCCOLI BREAD 
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter in skillet and save 1/2 to pour over batter. Put lightly salted broccoli in colander and run warm water over it until thawed. Drain well. Mix everything and pour into buttered pan. Pour leftover butter over batter to brown. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
