ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
1 can asparagus, drained (reserve liquid) 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced 3 c. grated sharp cheese Ritz crackers Layer in a Pyrex dish: Asparagus Eggs Cheese Repeat layers. Top with crackers and a little cheese. Mix soup and reserved liquid. Pour over layered casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serves 8. |
