ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus, drained (reserve liquid)
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
3 c. grated sharp cheese
Ritz crackers

Layer in a Pyrex dish: Asparagus Eggs Cheese

Repeat layers. Top with crackers and a little cheese. Mix soup and reserved liquid. Pour over layered casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serves 8.

Recipe is very good:) The next time I made it I substituted the cream of mushroom soup for a white sauce. I thought it was better, and made it much different than other recipes with the soups.
