SOUTHERN CORNBREAD DRESSING 
4 eggs
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery
1 tsp. salt
1 cake cornbread, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
1 c. broth from turkey

Crumble cornbread in a large bowl. Add eggs, finely chopped onion and celery. Mix slightly. Add seasonings, milk and broth. Mix well. Mixture should be soupy. If not, add a little more broth. Pour in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until firmly set.
