1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine all ingredients together. Roll dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet and press flat. Bake approximately 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
