1 (18 oz.) yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, halved

Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Using floured hands, pat mixture in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add remaining eggs. Mix thoroughly. Pour over first mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. 15 servings.
