POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onion in a large skillet, stirring to crumble; pour off excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into a greased baking pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Place in 400 degree oven to keep hot.

POPOVER BATTER:

2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Beat together eggs, milk and oil with a rotary beater. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Pour over hot pizza filling, cover filling completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake until top is golden brown and bubbly and cooked through; about 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and shield with foil if popover top is browning too rapidly.
