UPSIDE DOWN POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained or pepperoni
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 med. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 (15 oz.) jar pizza sauce

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Put 8 oz. Mozzarella shredded on top. Pour popover batter over all.

POPOVER BATTER:

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat together. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
