BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. hot pepper cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion, chopped

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, mushroom soup and stir until well mixed and starts to bubble. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add broccoli. Turn off heat, mix well, then pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees until bubbly.
