BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
1 can cream style corn
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 can French fried onion rings
Salt and pepper
Butter chunks
Cracker crumbs (one separately wrapped package)

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix with corn, egg and milk. Layer 1/2 of the cracker crumbs in a greased casserole. Then add half of the broccoli mixture. Top with remaining crumbs and butter chunks. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven, uncovered. Add onion rings on top and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 4-6.
