ORANGE - PINEAPPLE JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
Graham crackers

I use a 9 x 9 inch glass pan. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple. In separate bowl, blend sugar and egg. Add 3/4 cup hot water to sugar and egg - stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into Jello and chill until partially set. Cover with crushed graham crackers and chill thoroughly.
