HOT TURKEY OR CHICKEN SALAD 
6 slices white bread
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom or chicken soup
2 c. diced turkey or chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Butter casserole. Cube 2 slices of bread and put in bottom of pan. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Lay over cubed bread. Trim crust on remaining bread and lay over chicken mixture. Beat eggs; add milk and pour over everything. Chill at least 1 hour.

Add mushroom soup. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Sprinkle with cheese for last 15 minutes of baking.
