BUTTER HORNS 
2 sticks butter
12 oz. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
2 c. flour
Dash of salt

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter, butter and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each part into circle on floured board. Cut circle into 8 wedges and roll into butterhorns staring at wide end. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING: Combine ingredients listed above for frosting and frost each butterhorn. This recipe makes 36 butterhorns. (The circle can be cut into more wedges making smaller butterhorns and more of them.)
