BROWN RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. (or less) salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (freshly grated best)

Combine all in 1 quart casserole and stir. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir once about 15 minutes after placing in oven.
