BROWN RICE PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. honey
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cooked, short grain brown rice
1/2 c. plumped raisins

Beat eggs. Add milk, honey, vanilla, rice, nutmeg and raisins. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish and dust with more nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream or plain, hot or cold.
