MOM'S FRIED CHICKEN MIX 
1 lg. can chow mein noodles, ground
3/4 c. flour
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
2 tbsp. seasoned salt

Microwave 10-12 pieces of chicken for 12 minutes until fully cooked. Dip cooked chicken in egg/milk. Wash. Dredge in flour, wash in egg and dredge in coating mix. Cook in hot vegetable oil until brown (only takes a couple of minutes since the chicken is cooked already). Coating mix can be made ahead and stored in a jar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
