PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
3/4 c. rice
1 onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 can beef broth soup
1 can water

Brown chops. Pour rice on bottom of round roaster. Place chops on top of rice. Top each pork chop with slice of onion and slice of tomato. Salt and pepper, to taste. Pour on beef broth and water. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
