APRICOT ZUCCHINI MARMALADE

6 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
6 c. sugar

Mix well and boil 6 minutes.

Add:

1/2 c. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. junior apricot baby food

Boil 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and add:

1 (6 oz.) box apricot Jello

Put in jars, cool and refrigerate or freeze.
