ORANGE YOGURT POPS | |
1 c. plain low fat yogurt 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 med. size banana, cut in chunks 1 tbsp. sugar 5-6 ice cubes Combine all but ice in blender. Add ice cubes, 1 at a time. Continue blending until ice cubes are completely crushed. Pour into popsicle forms. Freeze 3 to 4 hours. Makes 5 to 6 popsicles. Can be done with other flavors of juice concentrate. |
