25-MINUTE FISH STORY 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. sherry
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-1 1/2 lbs. diced shrimp, cod or halibut fillet or crab
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. crumbs mixed with paprika

1. Combine flour and butter in saucepan. Brown over low heat, stirring constantly.

2. Add scalded milk and let come to a boil. Whip over heat until lumps disappear.

3. Add all spices and wine.

4. Arrange seafood (the "Fish Story") in casserole dish and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and crummy-paprika mixture. Brown lightly in 400 degree oven 15 minutes.

Servings: 6. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Baking time: 15 minutes. Presentation: Have some "whopper" fish tales ready and a chilled bottle of Northwest Riesling to wash down the lies.
