BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla

Add vinegar to milk and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each. Blend in cocoa. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to batter, blending well after each addition. Then add hot (not boiling) water (do NOT omit this) and vanilla. Blend and pour into greased and floured 10x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until cake tests done.
