CHICKEN LYNN 
3 whole chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Boil chicken until tender; debone and cut in small pieces. Place in casserole. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush crackers (with hands). Add crackers and pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be made a day ahead. May also be frozen.
