CHICKEN LYNN 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. poppy or sesame seeds
1 stick butter, melted

In 9 x 13 baking dish, layer the cooked and deboned chicken, soup, sour cream, crackers, and seeds. Pour butter over it. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve 6-8.
