PENNY'S CHICKEN 
6 chicken fillets
1 can cream chicken soup
Pepperidge Farm cubed stuffing mix (about 4 c.)
Butter
6 slices Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Toss cubed stuffing mix in melted butter. Beat chicken fillets. Place chicken fillets side by side in pan. Fold cheese slices in half; place folded cheese on top of chicken pieces.

Cover chicken with cream of chicken soup. Place buttered cubed stuffing on each fillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6.
