Divide the whipped cream cheese to small bowls. Put a drop of different food coloring in each bowl and mix into cream cheese. With a knife, spread cream cheese onto the bread. Take gingerbread man cookie cutter and cut one gingerbread man from one slice of bread. Put raisins for nose and buttons down his chest. Slice a pimento olive crossways and place 2 on his face for eyes. Put it on a plate and serve.
