PINEAPPLE SHERBET 
46 oz. can pineapple juice, unsweetened, chilled
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 c. sugar
2 qts. milk (can use skim milk) (can use 2% low fat) or just fill freezer to fill line

Mix milk, sugar and juice. Pour into 5 quart freeze can. Freeze in electric freezer or hand turned freezer.
