1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, shortening, peanut butter and honey. Add egg and mix well. Add dry ingredients and stir until mixed well. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. These are a very soft and chewy cookie.
