STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 c. crushed pretzels

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. Cool Whip

TOPPING:

1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

CRUST: Melt butter, mix in sugar and pretzels. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

MIDDLE LAYER: Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust.

TOPPING: Mix Jello with water and stir until dissolved. Stir in strawberries and chill until syrupy. Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until firm before serving.
