FRESH FRUIT SHELL SALAD 
1/2 lb. Creamette med. shells
8 oz. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 lg. orange, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1 c. green seedless grapes
1 apple, cored and chopped
1 banana, sliced

Prepare shells as package directs, drain. In small bowl, blend yogurt and orange juice concentrate. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add yogurt mixture. Toss to coat. Cover. Chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving. Serves 10.
