STEAK MARINADE 
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. sherry
1/8 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix and place in plastic bag. Add 4 steaks and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Remove steaks and cook over hot coals.
