MOCHA PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1/3 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
16 lg. marshmallows
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 c. chopped salted peanuts

Place butter, chops and marshmallows in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring occasionally until all is melted; stir in coffee. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Drop onto wax paper. Cool and chill in refrigerator until firm.
