PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
6 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 lg. green pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Butter pan. Salt and pepper pork chops (put in pan). Add onion soup mix. Add peppers. Add catsup. Add Worcestershire sauce. Add rice. Add water. Bake at 350 degrees until done, 1 hour. Take out. Add 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Set for 10 minutes.
