MARINATED VEGETABLES 
2 c. broccoli florets
2 c. cauliflower florets
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (if desired)
1 cucumber, sliced (if desired)
1 bottle Italian dressing (low cal)

Cook broccoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots and celery for about 3 minutes. Drain and add bell pepper and cucumbers. Pour salad dressing over this. Let chill in refrigerator for about 24 hours.
