HONEY GLAZED LAMB 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) half leg of lamb
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. mustard
Pinch of salt & pepper

Place lamb fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Combine honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Spoon over lamb. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
