PEACH POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. peaches, diced
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
6 tsp. peach juice

If using fresh peaches, puree 1 peach in blender.

Mix all ingredients in the order listed. Pour into lightly greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes. Place on rack. Cool completely. Mix frosting ingredients together and spoon over top of cake.
