1 lb. hamburger, raw
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Celery salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup thinned with 1/2 c. milk
Small box tater tots

Mix all ingredients except tater tots, in 9 x 13 pan. Place tater tots on top and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
