SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 can salmon
4 or 5 eggs, boiled
Few drops lemon juice
Cream potatoes
White sauce
Salt, pepper to taste

Boil eggs, slice and put in bottom of baking dish. Pour some white sauce, repeat until all eggs and sauce is used. Mash salmon, add lemon juice. Put that on top of sauce and eggs. Place cream potatoes on top of salmon and then brown.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cooking oil
Milk to thicken (1 or 1/2 c.)
2 tbsp. flour

Heat cooking oil, add flour and cook a few minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add milk gradually to thicken.
