SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. each chopped parsley and onion

Flake salmon. Combine with rest of ingredients. Press into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and 1 hour.
