1 c. ketchup
1-1 1/2 tbsp. shoyu
1-2 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic
1/2 c. apricot jam
1-2 tbsp. cider vinegar
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, adjust amounts to taste.
