BEEF MEXICAN | |
Saute 1 onion cut in slices in 2 tablespoons oil. Brown 1 pound chopped beef. Add 2 cans tomato sauce (8 ounce cans). Drain and add 2 cups corn or amount of corn desired. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
