LITTLE CHEESE CAKES 
12 vanilla wafers
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (22 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Line muffin tin with paper liners. Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin cup. Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy. Spoon mixture over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Before serving, top with cherry (fruit filling of your choice) pie filling.
