CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chicken breasts (2-3 sm.)
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. crushed fine herbs (your choice - basil, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, etc.)

In medium skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and brown on both sides 12-16 minutes. Add mushrooms, wine and herbs. Cook covered over low heat 5 to 10 minutes. 4-5 servings.
