HERBED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. leaf oregano
1 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts (1 lb. each), halved and skinned if desired
1/4 c. dry white wine or water

Place butter in 2 quart 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish. Microwave on roast for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Add seasonings to butter; mix well. Roll chicken breasts in seasoned butter. Place skin side down and thick edges toward outside in same dish. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Turn chicken over; pour wine (or water) over all and continue cooking on high for 6-8 minutes or until fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
