CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
CREAM SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Old English cheese
1/2 c. grated American cheese

4 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 c. chopped chicken
1 sm. can mushroom buttons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a mixing bowl. Cut up onions and green pepper (in large pieces). Put in blender with milk and mix. Grate both kinds of cheeses. Put milk mixture in mixing bowl and add flour and both kinds of cheese. Mix well (by hand) and set aside. Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix together chicken, mushrooms, and spaghetti. Mix in cream sauce with chicken mixture and bake for 20-30 minutes.
