CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheese, grated

Break potatoes apart. Melt butter and add ingredients except cheese and mix well. Add cheese and place in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
