CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. pkg. hash browns, thawed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 lb. pkg. frozen mixed veggies (corn, green beans and carrots)
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. sausage, fried
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon

Mix all ingredients together and place in greased 8 x 13-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Can substitute part of cheese with other cheeses. Also good without veggies and sausage as a side dish.
